Refund & Return Policy for Crafty Casey’s

Due to the custom, personalized, and made-to-order nature of many of our products, return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order, including size charts, garment color, item style, product description, customization details, and turnaround time. Crafty Casey’s is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

Order & Invoice Review

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, invoice, product details, customization information, sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, artwork, and any other order details before payment and/or approval.

By paying an invoice, approving a proof, or submitting an order, the customer confirms that the order details are correct. Refunds, reprints, or credits will not be given due to customer error after an invoice has been paid or a proof has been approved.

Custom Orders, Proofs & Approvals

For custom orders, mockups or proofs may be provided when applicable. Please review all proofs carefully, including:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Placement
  • Design size
  • Garment style
  • Garment color
  • Quantity
  • Any personalization or custom details

Once a proof is approved, Crafty Casey’s is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof. No refunds, reprints, or credits will be given after customer approval unless the final product does not match the approved proof due to an error on our part.

Sizing, Fit, Color & Style

Please check all size charts and product descriptions before ordering. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges because an item does not fit as expected, the wrong size was ordered, the wrong color was selected, or the customer changed their mind.

Garment colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturer dye lots, and product availability.

Return Request Window

If you would like to request a return, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke smell, deodorant marks, or damage
  • With tags, if applicable

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@craftycaseys.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and determine the best way to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a verified production error on our part:

  • Custom products
  • Personalized items
  • Made-to-order apparel
  • DTF transfers
  • DTF gang sheets
  • Embroidered items
  • Special orders
  • Approved proof orders
  • Business/branded merch
  • Fundraiser or nonprofit merch
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital items or design services

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed based on the artwork file provided by the customer. Because of this, DTF orders are non-refundable once production has started.

No refunds, reprints, or credits will be given for issues caused by customer-provided artwork, including but not limited to:

  • Files with a background
  • Files that are not transparent
  • Ghost pixels
  • Watermarks
  • Low-resolution or blurry artwork
  • Artwork not trimmed to size
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Spelling errors
  • Extra marks, shadows, boxes, or unwanted design elements
  • Incorrect file uploads
  • Gang sheets arranged incorrectly by the customer
  • Color differences between screen display and printed output

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. If you need help with artwork cleanup, background removal, resizing, or design setup, please contact us before ordering. Additional design fees may apply.

Artwork, Copyright & Trademark Policy

By submitting artwork to Crafty Casey’s, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to use and print it.

Crafty Casey’s reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request changes to any order or artwork at our discretion, including artwork that may contain:

  • Trademarked designs
  • Copyrighted designs
  • Licensed characters
  • Brand logos
  • Team logos
  • Stolen artwork
  • Offensive or inappropriate content
  • Artwork the customer does not have rights to use

If an order is refused or canceled before production begins, eligible refunds will be reviewed based on the work already completed. Design fees, setup fees, rush fees, or other services already performed may be non-refundable.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges or returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
