Crafty Casey's is a small home family veteran owned business out of Plainfield Illinois, we personally press & design every order.

Every order is personally made  just for you, as you have requested. Most orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the item, Covid-19, and shortages of supplies. 

Note *Custom Orders & Large Orders may take longer depending on the request.

All orders from the date of payment normally take 7-10 days business days to process before being shipped. 

Paying for overnight shipping does not expedite your order. If you would like a rush order please contact us. There is an extra fee for Rush Orders. 

Shipping may take anywhere from 7- 10 business days to be received by you, depending on your shipping address, and the type of shipping service you choose. We offer multiple ways to receive your item in an expedited manner. See examples below:

However, Crafty Casey's is not responsible for lost items in the mail, nor delayed shipping times due to the courier you have chosen. Due to Acts of God, United States Postal Service, UPS, or a current event that may delay shipping, i.e. Covid- 19. 

Crafty Casey's makes every effort to get your order to you, and shipped in an timely manner. If for any reason your order can not be fulfilled in the allowable time frame as set forth. We will issue you an refund a pond your request.

Refund Policy For Crafty Casey's 

Due to the personal nature of our business we must take return requests on a case by case basis.  

Please check the size charts,color of item, style of the item before ordering. We are not responsible for ordering errors. 

Due to Covid-19 Some Colors Maybe substituted for a comparable color or brand.

If you would like to make a return request it must be done within, 7 Business Days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unused, with tags, and not washed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at craftycaseycreates@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
Exchanges & Returns  are accepted with a 10% restocking fee applied. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
